FAQ

How do I book a service?

You may book any service (photography or graphic design) here on my website by clicking the "Book Me" button on the Home page.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Life happens, cancellations are not a problem. Please provide 48 hours notice. Deposits are nonrefundable; however, they are applied to your booking. Cancellations may be rescheduled. If the cancellation occurs with less than 24 hours or if the client is “no call/no show”, future appointments will be required to be paid in full at the time of booking.

What are the accepted methods of payment?

Cash, Zelle, Debit | Credit Card (3.15% + $0.30 processing fee)

How will I receive my images?

All images are digital. You will receive your images via email and or text. All images will be delivered in a digital gallery. The images will be watermarked and you will have the option to select your choices. You will then receive your choices without the watermark. You will be able to download the images with a unique passcode. You will have rights and access to all images.

What if the weather is bad?

ARB Creative LLC is located in Florida where the weather is very unpredictable. In the event of unforeseen weather, I will make every effort to accommodate you. If we need to reschedule, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Where is ARB Creative located?

ARB Creative is a mobile business. All photography is outdoor unless the client has an indoor space in which they would like to take photos.

How long will it take for my images to be ready?

All images will be processed and edited in 7-10 days (although they are usually processed in 3-5 days).

Is travel an option? What is the fee?

Yes, travel to Hardee, Charlotte, Sarasota, and Manatee counties will require a $25 travel fee. Travel to any other location will be charged at a rate of $0.60/mile.

Bookings requiring travel will require a $25 nonrefundable deposit at the time of booking. The deposit may be transferable at the discretion of the owner.
